The Federal University, Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, is one of nine new federal universities established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in February 2011. Located in the heart of the Nigerian oil-rich Niger-Delta region, the University, which is 21 kilometres south of the state capital of Yenagoa and 120 kilometres west of the famous seaport of Port Harcourt ( in neighbouring Rivers State ), occupies an expanse of 200 hectares ( 494 acres ) in the Ijaw town of Otuoke.

Proposed currently are two academic faculties (Humanities & Social Sciences; Science (Engineering & Technology)) with early aspiration to promote world-class and cutting-edge research in Energy & Environmental Science, Engineering and Technology; Marine Science, Engineering and Technology; Human & Social Dynamics.

Reason
I hate it, because it lead to so many error and bad network happens during that period, please do not wait till very close to the closing date that is when you start coming. Please be warned and tell others

Answer: To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing that concerns the school about provision of accommodation. You are the one that will find somewhere/someone to stay with.

2013, sales period was from:

Answer: it is an e-pin they used to process their form, obtain from diamond bank Yenagoa

Answer: To the best of my knowledge it is not safe and good using your phone to do online registration. so i will say no to it and do not try it.

How long does it take if you are to purchase my e-pin for me.
Answer: it now takes 42hours

What is the safest time to purchase the post utme form?
Answer: The safest/best time to purchase it, is a day after which the form is out. Avoid waiting, till the very last minute before purchasing the form. Every year, many a candidate had fallen victim of not being unable to purchase the form at die minute, not that they do not have the money, but because they waited till the very last moment, forgotten that bank close their services at about 4:00pm.
Furthermore, network during that time is usually slow or  inaccessible due to too much internet traffic and just to generate a form might take up to hours. so count yourself  lucky knowing this rare information at hand and please tell other you know. I will advise you to start preparing now “I do not have time/chance, will make you spend more days trying to buy the form at the die minute”

This is to inform the general public that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise of the Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State, for the 2015/ 2016 Session will take place as indicated below:

3. POST-UTME REGISTRATION

4. THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
A. Make a deposit of N4, 000 in any of the following designated bank accounts in Nigeria with account name “FUO Post UTME”:

Use your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER as the depositor’s name in place of your name and keep the teller safely as the teller number will be used in the future.

B.   After the payment, click Here and then Click on “PUTME Registration”. Then fill the following details:

Then click on Submit.
C.   Return to this portal after 48hrs or upon the receipt of an SMS acknowledging your initial submission.

E.   Fill out the form that follows accurately and click on the “Submit” button.
F.    Print the Acknowledgment Letter and bring it along on the examination day.
On completing the registration, an SMS will be sent to your phone.
G. NOTE: Your application will not be successful if:

You enter a State of Origindifferent from the one indicated on your JAMB FORM. 
You fail to upload scanned passport photograph or a digital passport on the registration portal

NOTE:  The Federal University Otuoke will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications as a result of invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s).
6. SCHEDULE OF SCREENING EXERCISE.
NOTICE OF SPECIFIC DAY, TIME AND VENUE FOR THE SCREENING TESTS WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO ALL CANDIDATES VIA SMS. 
NOTE: All candidates will be screened for Post UTME Test on the day of the examination at Faculty Building 1 on the Main Campus of Federal University Otuoke.
7. PUNCTUALITY.
The screening process takes a lot of time because it involves biometric techniques such as finger print verification. Late comers will not be screened.
Candidates who are resident outside Yenagoa are advised to come a day earlier. The University is not responsible for accommodating any candidate.

8. ITEMS FOR THE SCREENING TEST.

CANDIDATES WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF UTME SCORES, ORDINARY LEVEL GRADES [SSCE, GCE, NECO AND THEIR EQUIVALENTS] AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGINSHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
